Tekken: Bloodline announced by Netflix: an animated TV series about the game, with trailer

Tekken: Bloodline is a new animated TV series from Netflix, centered on the famous video game series from Bandai Namco.

Netflix has announced with a trailer Tekken: Bloodline, a new animated TV series based on the intellectual property of Bandai Namco, which will tell a story related to the long series of video game fighting.

Protagonist of the TV series will be in particular Jin Kazama, so we can expect an in-depth look at the well-known history of the family, built on fighting, martial arts and power struggles within the Kazama and between more or less mythological entities.

“Power is Everything” – Jin Kazama learned the family’s self-defense arts, the traditional Kazama martial arts style, from his own mother as a child. Despite this, he was helpless in the face of the monstrous evil that suddenly appeared, destroying everything he held dear and changing his life forever.

Angry at himself for not being able to stop it, Jin vowed revenge and set out on a quest for absolute power to achieve it. His adventure will propel him towards the ultimate battle on the global stage – the King of Iron Fist tournament.”

Above you can see the presentation trailer that features snippets of the story starring Jin on his long journey of training to become the fighter we know from the video game series. There is no release date for the series yet, while we record how Netflix continues to offer productions from video games after Shenmue and Cuphead, among others.
